For the issue with Hackshield failed to synchronize with the client after each maintenance, please try a few times as the updater is getting data packet from the Hackshield server.

After download
Unzip > run nslookup.bat
Then send us the C:\lookup_test.txt
As for the game crash issue, kindly provide us with the Rag2xxxxxxxexe.dmp file.
Game folder > SHIPPING > Rag2xxxxxxxexe.dmp
so we can troubleshoot the errors.
